LoanLens does not approve loans or influence lender decisions. If the borrower receives a final written non-approval for the loan tied to a guarantee-eligible paid project, you can request a refund of the amount LoanLens collected minus the $99 non-refundable application fee. Eligibility is subject to the published conditions and exclusions.

Conditional money-back guarantee Review the guarantee conditions and exclusions before purchasing.

Eligibility requires a timely loan submission using the LoanLens packet, commercially reasonable lender follow-up, accurate and complete information, and the other conditions in the Terms. Underwriting factors outside LoanLens's document-preparation work can make a claim ineligible.

  • You must use the prepared business plan and projection workbook with that loan request.
  • Claims must be filed within 90 days of the lender's final non-approval notice.
  • LoanLens may request the lender's written decision and other supporting records.
